It’s time to come together and co-create a warm and quiet space to remember what it is to be human through yoga, conversation, intention setting, and meditation. We’ll move together, share a piece of ourselves as we unfold, settling the mind and calming the breath.
This virtual at-home yoga retreat will offer you the time for introspection, contemplation and accountability through the ritual of yoga and meditation.
The schedule is designed for you to carve out time to retreat from the noise of life and honour your life with a commitment to go within. Now is the time to raise our energy to regenerate our abundance.
Friday, March 19:
6:30-8:30pm – opening circle, intention setting + simply yoga practice
Saturday, March 20:
8-9am – simply yoga
2-2:30pm – midday meditation
7-8pm – yin + tonic practice
Sunday, March 21:
9-11am – simply yoga, closing circle + take away
4 yoga classes
1 guided meditation
+ a specially curated retreat gift
Space is limited to 10 students so I can provide a lot of care, personal attention + support. Registration closes March 12th to ensure your retreat gift arrives in your hands on time.
